Marinated
In a tray about 5 or 8 cm deep, we squeeze the orange and the lemons and then mix them.
Add 3 tablespoons of the Perrins sauce or Worcestershire sauce, the stream of beer, a touch of salt, pepper to taste and a teaspoon of ground cumin.
Mix all the ingredients very well, put the fillets on the tray and let it rest. It is very important that the meat is covered, in case the liquid is not enough, you can add another jet of beer.
Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap, perfectly stretched, it should be left to marinate for about six hours.
Tip pantry! You can marinate the fillets overnight and leave it to rest in the refrigerator.
